1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoicePro TTS Studio ("the Service", "VoicePro") at texttoaudiomp3.site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service in any way.

Using the Service constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Service Description

VoicePro TTS Studio is a free, browser-based AI text-to-speech platform. The Service enables users to convert written text into natural-sounding audio using Microsoft's Azure Neural TTS engine. Core features include:

• Text-to-speech conversion in 100+ languages including all major Indian regional languages
• Selection of 8 neural voice characters with per-voice speed and pitch presets
• 16 speaking styles including Newscast, Documentary, Cheerful, Poetry, and more
• Download of generated audio as MP3 (compressed) or WAV (uncompressed studio quality)

The Service is completely free of charge. No account, subscription, or payment of any kind is required. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.

3. Permitted Use

You are expressly permitted to use VoicePro and the audio you generate for both personal and commercial purposes, including:

• YouTube videos — monetised channels, faceless content, educational and entertainment videos
• Podcasts and audio shows — intros, outros, narration, ad reads, full episode narration
• E-learning and online courses — SCORM packages, LMS content, tutorial narration, multilingual audio
• Business and marketing — IVR recordings, product announcements, explainer videos, ad narration
• Social media content — Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos
• Accessibility tools — screen reader content, document-to-audio conversion, assistive apps
• App and software development — prototypes, voice UI testing, chatbot audio, demo content
• Personal and creative projects — stories, poems, personal videos, non-commercial creative work

VoicePro claims zero ownership over audio you generate. No attribution to VoicePro is required.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use VoicePro to create, distribute, or facilitate content that is:

• Defamatory or harassing — targeting, threatening, or harming specific individuals or groups
• Fraudulent or deceptive — scams, phishing, fake testimonials, or misleading impersonation
• Illegal — violating any applicable law, regulation, or court order in any jurisdiction
• Hateful — inciting violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Spam or robocall content — unsolicited bulk messaging, automated calls, or SMS spam
• Intellectual property infringing — reproducing copyrighted texts, lyrics, scripts, or books you do not have rights to use
• Adult or explicit content — pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
• Harmful impersonation — creating audio designed to deceive listeners into believing they are hearing a real person speaking in a way that causes harm

We reserve the right to restrict or permanently block access to any user or IP address in violation of these prohibitions, without prior notice and without liability.

5. Your Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all text you submit to VoicePro and all audio files you generate using the Service.

By submitting text, you grant VoicePro a temporary, limited, non-exclusive licence to process your text solely for the purpose of generating the audio you requested. This licence ends immediately after audio delivery. Your text is never stored, analysed, sold, or used for any other purpose.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit any text you input, and that doing so does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and all consequences arising from how you use it. VoicePro accepts no liability for misuse of generated audio.

6. Intellectual Property — VoicePro

The VoicePro TTS Studio website, its design, code, branding, logo, blog content, and all other original materials are owned by VoicePro TTS Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of VoicePro's website content or branding without prior written permission.

The underlying neural voice synthesis technology is developed and owned by Microsoft Corporation (Azure Cognitive Services / Edge TTS). Microsoft's own intellectual property terms apply to the voice technology. Large-scale commercial or programmatic deployment of Microsoft's neural voices may require a direct licensing agreement with Microsoft.

7. Service Availability

VoicePro is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates
• Unplanned technical issues or outages
• Issues with upstream third-party services (Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare CDN)
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice and without liability to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

VoicePro does not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Generated audio will be error-free or meet any quality standard
• All languages and voices will produce perfectly accurate pronunciation in all cases
• The Service will be continuously available, secure, or free from bugs

You assume full responsibility for evaluating whether the Service is suitable for your intended use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoicePro TTS Studio and its operators shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Damages arising from errors, interruptions, or defects in generated audio
• Actions or content of third-party services integrated with VoicePro

Since the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed zero.

10. Third-Party Services

VoicePro integrates the following third-party services. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply:

11. Children's Safety

VoicePro is not directed at or intended for use by children under the age of 13 years. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the Service or submitted personal information, please contact us immediately via our Contact page and we will take appropriate action.

Users aged 13–17 should use the Service only with parental supervision and consent.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Post the revised Terms on this page immediately
• For significant changes, display a notice on the VoicePro homepage

Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
